AVAILABLE TO CURRENT PATIENTS WHO HAVE ATTENDED THIS CLINIC FOR A FACE-TO-FACE APPOINTMENT IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS ONLY.

When you’re unwell, leaving the comfort of your home to see a GP can be a real effort. Luckily, you can book a GP phone consultation so you can get advice, treatment or a referral, medical certificate or a script without leaving home.

What does it cost?
Billing for Telehealth attracts the same fee as your face-to-face visit. You will be required to enter your credit card details to hold your booking. No funds will be deducted from your card until after your appointment. Please note not all GP appointments are suitable for a telehealth consultations. This is at your doctor’s discretion. 

Telehealth is not suitable for you if you are:

• A new patient who wants a telehealth appointment,
• A new patient seeking new medication,
• Skin checks and minor procedures,
