Dr Erika Nishimoto

Dr Erika Nishimoto graduated from The University of Adelaide and has practised medicine throughout Australia and overseas in Singapore and the UK, both in private and public settings.

Her surgical and emergency training, intermixed with both city and rural general practice over the past 28 years has allowed her to develop extensive experience in managing most illnesses and injuries.

Time spent in telemedicine, motorsports and international retrieval of patients has helped develop an understanding of cultural medicine, global diseases, and sport-related injuries.

Teaching patients to own their health and work together to manage illness is fundamental.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Certificate of Aviation Medicine
